Your fit-out is on schedule. The sound system is booked, the menu is close, and the opening date is on the poster. Then someone asks: "Where can people find us online?"
For many new venues in Thailand, the digital side starts too late. The Instagram handle gets claimed in a rush, the website goes live the week after opening, and the first guests can't book because the only contact is a phone number nobody answers during setup.
It doesn't have to go that way. We're running this exact plan right now for a hospitality venue opening this season, and it fits into six weeks. Here's how it works, step by step, so you can use it whether you work with us or not.
Six weeks is short enough to keep momentum and long enough to do things properly. It gives you:
The key rule is simple: launch online before you launch in person. Your first guests will look you up before they come. Make sure there's something worth finding.
Everything starts with one kickoff session. We agree on the opening date, who signs off on what, and what we need from you: logo files, menu drafts, floor plans or renders, and any references you love.
From there we draft the brand kit: colours, typefaces, logo usage, photo direction and the tone of voice. If you already have a logo, we build around it rather than starting over. A venue brand doesn't need to be complicated. It needs to be consistent, so every post, menu and page feels like the same place.
What you do this week: share your assets and reply to questions quickly. Speed in week one saves days later.
You review the brand kit, we revise it, and it's locked. Then we put it to work straight away:
By the end of week two you have a real, branded presence online. People can follow you, share you and message you, about a month before opening.
This is the quiet week that makes everything else faster. We write the briefs that the design and build follow:
Getting approval on documents before design starts is the single biggest time saver in the project. Changing a sentence in a brief takes minutes. Changing a finished page takes much longer.
With approved briefs, design moves fast. We create mockups of the key pages, you approve them, and the copy is written in parallel.
In Thailand your guests rarely speak just one language. For many venues that means English, Thai and Japanese, or whichever mix fits your audience. A multilingual site isn't only about translation. Each version should read naturally to a native speaker, so we always have a native speaker review the Thai and Japanese before anything goes live.
Now we build the full site: fast, mobile-first and easy for you to update. The most important part is booking. In Thailand, the best booking flow is the one your guests already use:
No complicated system on day one, no app to download. Just a clear button on every page that turns a visitor into a reservation request.
As soon as the space is close to finished, we shoot it. Until then the site uses placeholder images in the right style, so nothing waits on the photos. Real photos of your venue, your team and your drinks beat stock images every time, and they feed your social channels for weeks.
Then comes QA: we test every page on phones and desktop, in every language, check every booking button, form and link, and fix what we find. Your team tests the booking flow too, because they're the ones who'll answer it.
The full website goes live a few days before opening night. That gives you time to:
On opening night, guests who searched for you found a real place, in their language, with an easy way to book.
Once you're open and running, you have real guests and real data. That's the time to add the tools that need it:
We keep these out of the first six weeks on purpose. Launching is about being found and being bookable. Growth tools work better once you're open and can see how guests actually behave.
If you're opening a bar, club, restaurant or café in Thailand and want your digital launch ready before your doors open, we'd love to hear about it. Tell us your opening date and what you already have, and we'll tell you honestly what's possible in the time left.
