Controller

Patricia Osorio, trading as standard operations studio (stdops), Bangkok, Thailand, is the controller of personal data on stdops.studio.

What we collect

Contact form: name, email, business, message, and page locale. Stored in Firestore through our server. Your browser cannot read or write that collection. We use your IP in memory only to rate-limit spam; we do not save the IP with the message.

Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location, and a cookie identifier, processed by Google.

LINE: if you message the official account, LINE processes that chat under LINE’s policy. We read the messages you send us there.

Purpose

We use this data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, run the site, and understand traffic. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562: your consent when you submit the form, and steps prior to a contract when you ask for a quote.

Retention and sharing

Contact messages are kept until the enquiry is finished or you ask us to delete them. GA4 follows Google’s retention settings.

We share data with Google (Firebase and Analytics) as needed to run the site. Google’s servers may be outside Thailand.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. Use the contact page or LINE to exercise these rights.

Cookies

GA4 uses cookies for measurement. This site does not yet show a cookie banner. Visiting a page that loads the measurement script means you are informed of that cookie.
