When someone types how much Google Workspace costs, they usually want Google’s price per user — not the price of automation on top of Sheets. Those are two invoices. Mix them and the number is useless.
That is a monthly or yearly fee you pay Google directly. It is separate from anyone writing scripts for you. The amount depends on the plan (Starter, Standard, Plus), headcount, and whatever promotion is running. The figures change often enough that putting them in this article would be wrong within months.
Check Google Workspace’s official pricing page, then multiply by the number of people who need a company email. That is licence cost. It is not automation cost.
The licence does not move rows from one sheet to another. It does not issue an invoice when an order lands in LINE. It does not send a morning summary email on its own. That is script work.
Wiring Sheets, Forms, Gmail, Drive and Calendar into a real workflow starts at ฿25,000 for one system: Apps Script, two revision rounds, 30 days of support. That is the Workspace Starter package.
The most common builds pull data between two Sheets, send email from a row, and generate a quote or invoice from a form. Connecting a Google Form to a LINE notification is a small job — many of those finish the same day.
That last case: buy the Google licences first, get email and permissions clean, then talk about scripts. Otherwise the project becomes a sharing-permissions cleanup, not a system.
One total goes to Google every month, per user — use their official page for the current number. The other is a one-time build on top of those tools, from ฿25,000. If it is unclear which invoice you are stuck on, send the sheet or form you use every day on LINE. One conversation can split them.
