Plenty of Thai businesses open a LINE Official Account and stall on the same question: which auto-reply is actually worth it? The answer is not an agency logo. It is chat volume, how messy the questions are, and whether you will let a bot guess when it does not know.
There are three paths people actually use — not ten vendors with similar ads.
LINE lets you map keywords to fixed replies inside the official account. It is already in the OA plan you pay for. It fits questions whose answers never change: opening hours, address, a payment link, one product menu.
If you get a few dozen chats a day and most answers are identical, start here. Paying for a full build before you need one is money that should go somewhere else.
Tools like ManyChat, Respond.io, or Thai LINE platforms let you drag flows without writing code. You pay monthly, get reporting, and can run several accounts in one place. They fit teams that need menus, broadcasts and a fixed booking flow.
If the job is sending the same campaign to thousands of customers and taking orders through a form, these tools do it well. If the job is a photo of a transfer slip plus when will this arrive, a drag-and-drop flow breaks on the second sentence.
An agent built on Gemini or Claude reads the actual messages your shop gets, not only keywords. It can talk to a Sheet or the system you already run, answer on price, schedule and stock, and read payment slips if it was designed for that.
The trade-off vendors skip: models guess when they do not know. A bot put on LINE without tests often answers politely and wrongly, which is worse than silence.
Do not pick from a ten-vendor roundup. Send ten real chats your team already answers every day. The path that can handle those ten without guessing is the right one.
